In 2026, the UN Food Systems Coordination Hub will convene a new series of Food Systems Solutions (FSS) Dialogues and thematic webinars, to support countries in advancing the implementation of their national food systems pathways and translating global commitments into coordinated, actionable progress. Building on the outcomes of key global milestones, including the UN Food Systems Summit (2021), the global Stocktakes in Rome (2023) and Addis Ababa (2025), and the UN Secretary General’s Call to Action, the series will create a dedicated space for National Convenors and food systems stakeholders to exchange experiences, reflect on shared challenges, and advance practical solutions for food systems transformation.

Food Systems Solutions Webinars (Open to the public)

The FSS Webinars, open to the public, will spotlight specific themes, exploring emerging challenges, innovative approaches, and practical solutions that can accelerate sustainable, equitable, and resilient food systems worldwide. They provide a platform for policymakers, practitioners, researchers, and the public to connect, share knowledge, and increase awareness of critical food systems issues.

Food Systems Solutions Dialogues

The FSS Dialogues complement these webinars by offering technical deep dives, peer-to-peer exchanges, and country-led reflections on challenges and opportunities. Designed to support implementation and practical problem-solving, the Dialogues convene National Food Systems Convenors and their support teams, UN Resident Coordinators, Members of Permanent Representations in Rome, and UN agencies at regional and country levels. Through these exchanges, the Dialogues aim to strengthen the operational capacity of National Convenors as they advance their countries’ food systems agendas.
